True West, Sam Shepard’s searing tale of identity, rivalry, and the crumbling myth of the American West, runs for three weekends September 12 through 28 at Willits Community Theatre. Directed by Joshua Sternberg, this intense and darkly funny drama depicts brothers Austin and Lee reuniting at their mother’s suburban home, where the calm quickly unravels into a volatile battle of wills.
