True North – Monthly Men's Circle

True North is a monthly men's gathering held on the first Thursday of every month at Mukunda Studio in San Francisco (6:30–8:30 PM), priced at $30 per session with no long-term commitment required.

This is designed for men who are succeeding on the outside but craving something more real - men who feel disconnected despite busy lives, who are tired of surface-level conversations, and who want a space to speak honestly about what they're actually carrying.

Each circle blends three core elements:

• Breathwork - to move out of the head and into the body, regulating the nervous system and creating space to feel what's actually present.
• Embodiment practices - slow, grounded movement and awareness work that support emotional clarity and presence.
• Real talk - an honest, structured conversation that's neither therapy nor networking, but a container where men can speak openly about work, relationships, identity, grief, fear, or whatever they're carrying.

Over time, the circle fosters genuine brotherhood - not forced, but built through consistent presence, shared silence, and the courage to be seen. The goal is a sense of belonging and the reminder that you don't have to carry everything alone.

Space is intentionally limited. Drop-ins are welcome.
