Are you registered for TRUE GRIT and want some training in prep for your event.Well this session is for you! Come learn some tricks and tips from the Owner of Conquer Fitness - who has not only been racing in True Grit for over 10 years, but has also raced and podiumed in the elusive 24 hour Enduro events of the past. She loves the course so much she completed over 110klm in 24 hours!
The session will be a mini ‘race format’ style training session, combining cardio exercises along with a lot of the fun obstacles you see out in True Grit, plus extra ones!
Finish the ‘course’ under 2 hours, use the extra time to practice on the obstacles you need.
