True Colors
Thursday, November 5 | 6:00–7:30 PM
What if the experiences that shaped your past no longer had to define your future?
We all carry experiences, beliefs, and expectations that influence how we see ourselves and navigate life. Some help us grow, while others may keep us from fully embracing who we truly are.
Join I Am Well Provider Partners Michelle Hickman and Shelly Acker for a unique, interactive journey of self-discovery through sound, art, guided reflection, and BodyMind awareness.
Michelle will guide participants through an immersive sound healing and creative expression experience to explore how impactful events from the past have influenced our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Through guided techniques, participants will discover ways to release limiting patterns that no longer serve them and begin replacing them with positive, empowering perspectives.
Shelly, a Certified BodyMind Coach, will explore imposter syndrome and how self-doubt, expectations, and the roles we assume can sometimes keep us from living as our authentic selves. Through an interactive exercise, participants will learn to recognize these patterns and reconnect with their true identity.
Together, these experiences will encourage greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a renewed perspective on life's possibilities.
Come discover what happens when you release what no longer serves you and allow your TRUE COLORS to shine!
Take another meaningful step on your personal journey toward whole-person wellness.
