The Hope family has been farming in Paso Robles for more than 30 years, helping define one of California’s most celebrated winegrowing regions. From early days growing apples and grapes to now cultivating estate vineyards across Paso Robles, their focus has remained the same: low yields, mature vines, and wines that fully express the rugged Central Coast terroir.
Join us for a one-night-only experience exploring these wines alongside a chef-driven seasonal menu designed to highlight structure, depth, and balance.
