Whether you've been a member for years, haven't visited us in a while, or have never set foot inside The Lamproom Theatre before, we'd love you to join us for a relaxed evening of laughter, friendship and theatre.
We're bringing back Stephen Proctor's wonderfully eccentric RADIO comedy, Trouble at Scaly Bottom, performed live on stage complete with all the hilarious sound effects and character voices that made it such a hit the first time around.
But this evening is about much more than the show.
For our current members, it's a chance to catch up with friends, enjoy a social evening together, welcome some new faces and celebrate everything that makes our theatre community special.
For prospective new members, it's an opportunity to meet the people behind the productions, chat with our committee, ask questions and discover how you can become involved in future shows and events.
You don't have to be an actor to join us. We are always looking for people interested in:
🎭 Acting
🎬 Directing
📝 Writing and adapting scripts
🎨 Set design and construction
👗 Costumes and wardrobe
🔦 Lighting and sound
🎤 Stage management and backstage support
🎟️ Seating will be allocated on arrival. We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences where possible. For any accessibility requirements, please get in touch at the time of booking so we can support you appropriately.

After the performance we'll be serving pie and peas, giving everyone the opportunity to mingle, chat and get to know one another in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
