Join us on Friday, July 19th for an interactive cocktail class at Birdy's Behind The Bower with mixologist Craig Seaman. The kids are out of school and summer camps are in full swing. Time for a cocktail! Let's get tropical and lean into Summer. Bring on the tropical fruits, the spices, the complex syrups and the rum. Maybe even a little gin in there. We'll learn some history and some classic tropical recipes. Maybe you'll find your next travel destination. See you there!
In this hands-on, 1 1/2 hour session, you will learn how to make (and get to enjoy) delicious tropical cocktails. Light bites will also be provided.
