Every few rounds you will team up with different people making it easy to break the ice and meet everyone there. Compete for fun prizes in a lively relaxed atmosphere—the perfect mix of friendly competition laughs and new connections!

We will be using our in-house matching software to simplify connections.

Upon arrival simply check in with our friendly host. We utilize a digital platform to streamline the process of selecting matches and initiating conversations afterward making the experience more efficient for you. If you haven’t used our platform before no worries! You’ll receive an email on the day of the event to create your profile. Rest assured this app doesn’t require downloading to your phone. In case you haven’t received an email or sign up late don’t panic! Our host will ensure you’re added upon arrival. Please remember to charge your phone to fully enjoy the experience.

Important Notes:

• Cancellations must be made 5 business days before the event for a credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for illness or last-minute cancellations but tickets can be transferred to another person for the same event. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies for cancellations due to credit card transaction fees.
• If the event is cancelled by us you may choose a full refund or credit. For weather-related cancellations no refund will be issued but a credit will be applied to a future event.
• Matches will be sent by 9 AM the following business day with notifications sent via email/phone. Personal information like last names emails or phone numbers will not be exchanged through the platform.
• A 2-3 year flexibility is allowed for the age range.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may forfeit their spot with no refund or credit.
