We tend to brew what we like to drink... With our San Diego beer influence, we've put our own twist on west coast style ales and lagers.
We have always believed that craft beer is made with the right amount of art and science. With our heritage in citrus farming we love to pull these type of flavors out through our beer. Hop character with aromas of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. We don't care for huge hop bitterness and prefer highly attenuated beers providing that thinner mouth feel. Something that is refreshing and enjoyable to drink anytime, anywhere.
