Join the Sound Bath Trio for a beautiful morning meditation bathing in celestial vibrations. We love offering this powerful medicine together! Join Cassie and Naomi, along with our friend Amy Mason of Amy Under the Oak, for a relaxing Triple Sound Bath Meditation.
Together we’ll create a soothing soundscape using a variety of sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments. The vibrations of these instruments can help calm the mind, relax the body, and support a deeper sense of rest and balance.
This gathering is donation-based and limited to 25 participants to keep the space comfortable and intimate.
What to bring
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A pillow for your head and one for under your knees if desired
• Water
• Or a portable chair if lying down isn’t comfortable for you
