Triple Park Ramble in Chesapeake

This will be 3 hikes at 3 very different parks. Meet up times are below. You can do one, two or all three! The pace will be a relaxed ramble. The trails will each cover between 2 or 2 1/2 miles. The trails are easy and dogs are welcome. The parks are within a five minute drive of each other, along Battlefield Blvd.
7:00 am - Bell's Mill Park at 424 Albemarle Dr.
This park consists of two open meadows with wide
grassy paths. Meet in the parking lot.

9:00 am - Great Bridge Battlefield & Waterways Park at 1775 Historic Way (When leaving Bell's Mill, turn left on Albemarle Dr., turn left on Battlefield Blvd. Immediately after crossing the drawbridge, turn right on Watson Rd to Historic Way.
Wooded trails travel between the southern branch of
the Elizabeth River and the Albemarle & Chesapeake
Canal. Meet in the parking lot by the portapotties by
trailhead.
11:00 am - Chesapeake Arboretum at 624 Oak Grove Rd. (When leaving the Waterways Park, turn right onto Battlefield Blvd, then right onto Oak Grove Rd.
