triple j is hitting the road! To wrap up our 50th birthday celebrations, we’re heading on tour this November with a huge run of live shows across the country.
Spanning five dates across Hobart, Newcastle, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Torquay, the triple j 50 tour brings together a massive, multi-genre lineup, showcasing the best in homegrown music and giving triple j audiences all around the country a chance to catch some of the most exciting names in local music.
Hosted by Zan Rowe and co-presented with Double J, the Hobart leg of the tour will be headlined by internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and guitarist Courtney Barnett. Beloved Tasmanian outfit Luca Brasi will take the stage, joined by ARIA-nominated, multi-award-winning lutruwita/Tasmania-based artist Emily Wurramara, and rising local act Gordon’s Grandson.
