The Four Diamonds Fund supports children and families affected by childhood cancer by covering medical expenses not paid by insurance. It also funds innovative pediatric cancer research to improve treatments and outcomes.
Barre Express is a full-body workout class designed to increase muscle endurance, muscle tone, flexibility and work in cardio moves. It's fun, up-beat and will get you up and moving!
