Athletes who are 16+ years of age are eligible to participate.
There are no gender restrictions for registration (for example a team of all female identifying athletes are eligible to register as a team).

What to expect?
Referee timeslots may be assigned to aid in the facilitation of the event (dependent on the need).
The rules will align with the rule set used for Ontario Provincials and Canadian Club Nationals to ensure consistency for the competitive 2026 season.
What to Bring?
Be prepared and wear athletic clothing and equipment including running/court shoes, arm sleeves and knee pads. Pack some snacks and bring a water bottle. You will not have a dinner break and are encouraged to eat during your game breaks.
