Tricks

Have you ever wanted to teach your horse tricks but weren't sure where to start? We can help! Brave Horse's own Anne and Jen will show you how to teach several tricks including smile, bow, hug, yes/no, and push a ball. This training is best done with treats but we will start the day with teaching treat manners so that we don't end up with pushy horses. Alfalfa pellets or One and Only are ideal for this, though you are welcome to bring any treats you prefer. This clinic is all in hand. Suggested equipment: halter and lead, treats, side bucket/pouch/fanny pack, clicker if you use one, target if you use one. (R+ trainers are welcome and encouraged) There will be a 10 person limit to ensure everyone gets individual help and attention. Non refundable $50 deposit required to hold your spot.
