Join us for a spook-tacular W**d wrangle! We will TRICK invasive plants and TREAT our good native plants!
About this Event

We will TRICK invasive plants and TREAT our good native plants. Liz Yetter of SICIM will demonstrate how to identify and eliminate invasive plant species that are taking over our farms, parks, and backyards. Safe use of removal tools and herbicides will be demonstrated. Then we will clean the invasives out of an area in the park selected for public demonstration. Wear durable footwear, long pants and long-sleeved shirts. Water, insect repellent, and gloves will be provided. Some equipment will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own pruners, saws and trowels.

Kids of all ages are welcome with an adult. Refreshments will be available before and after the session.
