Trick-or-Treat Walk

Bring your kids, dogs, or anyone with Halloween spirit for a night of trick-or-treating on the trail at Giant Springs State Park on Friday October 9th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The walking route will be 0.66 miles starting and finishing near the Giant Springs Ranger Station. The free, family-friendly event will include festive music, free facepainting by Samantha Houston Magpie and the Honeybees, a decorative display for family photos, and of course, candy! There will be "tents" set up along the walking route with educational material provided by Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks and other partner organizations. Participants should dress in costume, wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring a goodie bag. Extra parking can be found in Heritage Park or along Giant Springs Road.
