Michigan’s Downtown is about to get a whole lot spookier! A spooky tradition for decades, on Friday, Oct. 24, from 5 to 7 p.m., Trick or Treat on the Square invites the Lansing community to come out to the 100-300 blocks of South Washington Square to Trick or Treat with local businesses. Guests can visit more than 30 vendor tables and participating downtown businesses to collect free candy, play fun activities and enjoy other fun surprises! 🍭🎃

What to Expect:
🍬 Trick-or-Treating: Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and grab your candy bag! Local businesses will be passing out sweet treats, hosting fun games and other exciting surprises. Visit each storefront and see what great fun they have in store for you! First 300 kids will get a free candy bag, courtesy of MSUFCU.
🎨 Games and Activities: Get creative with free Halloween-themed games, arts and crafts and activities! Face painting $1-$2. Venmo, Cashapp or Cash accepted.
* Costume Contest: Kids 12 and under can join our Costume Contest happening at 6pm outside of the Strange Matter.
