The Bellevue Community Foundation is excited to announce their annual Trick or Treat in Down Town Bellevue event. The event will take place on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 4pm to 6pm on portions of Mission Avenue and Franklin Street. The event had over 50 businesses and organizations participate last year and is hoping for a larger turnout next year.
