Trick or Flow

Get ready for a spooky, energetic breath to movement yoga practice that will have you feeling ghoulishly good! In this themed "Trick or Flow" class, we'll link breath to creative and fun movements, building strength and flexibility while moving to a Halloween-inspired playlist. Expect a playful practiceto tap into your inner youth all while enjoying the fun themed atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to this non-competitive, encouraging class. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided to help you haunt each pose with confidence. Come dressed in your best yoga-friendly costume, also be prepared to try on all different kinds of costumes and prepare for a bewitching experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, excited and energized for the season.
