This 1-hour class will be held in the fresh autumn air, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with nature while practicing yoga. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class will guide you through mindful movements and include a calming Pranayama (breathwork) session to center your mind and body. Triangle Shala is a small yoga studio right around the corner from the market. Our mission at Triangle Shala is to provide yoga that is accessible & authentic. We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can come together to deepen their understanding of yoga through the study of its traditional roots, including Sanskrit, music and philosophy.
