Triad Cowboy Church 2025 Youth Rodeo Awards Banquet

Tickets will be $ 15 each, sales will open up on October 28th.

Join us at Triad Cowboy Church to recognize all of our outstanding contestants at our end of the year awards banquet for the youth rodeo.

• Dinner is Served Beginning at 6:30 p.m.

• Raffle Drawing

Semi-Formal/Dressy Attire

Ladies: Dresses (they can be as casual or as fancy as you’d like)

Gentlemen: Jeans or other long pants and a button down shirt, with or without a blazer

Cowboy hats and boots are always welcome

Our dinner will be catered this year by Above and Beyond Catering and will consist of Cheese & Cracker Charcuterie, Garden Salad

Option for either

Beef Tips or Parmesan Encrusted Chicken (choose 1)

Gouda Mashed Potatoes or Roasted Potatoes (choose 1)

Southern Green Beans

Dessert

All contestants attending will receive a complimentary contestant swag bag and a door prize ticket.
All qualifying contestants(contestants who have been to 4+ rodeos) and their immediate family (parents and siblings) residing in the same household will receive complementary tickets to this event when registering . If you have questions regarding the tickets please reach out to Ashley Reid via email or text message.

All other tickets can be purchased for $15 each, All proceeds will go back into our rodeo fund so that we may continue to provide free rodeos to our community each year. There is limited space so tickets are first come first serve. Everyone must have a ticket in order to attend. Ticket sales will open on October 28th at 8:00am and run until November 3rd at 8:00pm.

We will be offering pre-sale T-shirts that will be available for pick up at the banquet. To order shirts, copy and paste the link below into browser. All shirts must be ordered by November 2nd. ALL SHIRTS ARE CASH ONLY at pick up on 11.22.2025 at the banquet.

Please note* *All contestants will be getting free shirts, and we already have their sizes so please DO NOT put in an order for them unless you want an extra one.

**Parents** Please submit a couple pictures of your child(children) with their horse to Ashley either by text or email no later than November 2nd to be included in our slideshow.
