Semi-Formal/Dressy Attire

Ladies: Dresses (they can be as casual or as fancy as you’d like)

Gentlemen: Jeans or other long pants and a button down shirt, with or without a blazer

Cowboy hats and boots are always welcome

Our dinner will be catered this year by Above and Beyond Catering and will consist of a garden salad, Parmesan crusted chicken breast, scallop potatoes, and grilled vegetables.

All contestants attending will receive a complimentary contestant swag bag and a door prize ticket.

All qualifying contestants(contestants who have been to 3+ rodeos) and their immediate family residing in the same household will receive complementary tickets to this event upon request via email or text message.

All other tickets can be purchased for $10 each, All proceeds will go back into our rodeo fund so that we may continue to provide free rodeos to our community each year. There is limited space so tickets are first come first serve. Everyone must have a ticket in order to attend. Ticket sales will open on November 2nd at 8:00am and run until November 15th at 11:00pm.

We will be offering pre-sale T-shirts that will be available for pick up at the banquet. To order shirts, copy and paste the link below into browser. All shirts must be ordered by November 11th. You must follow the payment information on the google form. If your payment has not been confirmed by November 11th, we will not order yours.

Please note* All contestants will be getting free shirts, and we already have their sizes so please DO NOT put in an order for them unless you want an extra one.

**Parents** Please submit a couple pictures of your child(children) with their horse to Raelynn either by text or email no later than November 18th to be included in our slideshow.
