Description: Join the Tri-Valley SELPA and Family Resource Navigators for our annual Community Resource Fair, with a special focus on resources for adults with disabilities! This year, we're placing an emphasis on the transition to adulthood, providing vital information and connections for families navigating this important journey.

This free event is a one-stop-shop for the entire special education community. Discover valuable resources, connect with local organizations, and gain insights to support individuals of all ages.

Workshop Details: Family Resource Navigators will be presenting a workshop in both English and Spanish on the topic of Supported Decision Making as an Alternative to Conservatorship. Learn about this empowering, less-restrictive alternative to conservatorship that preserves an individual's autonomy while providing them with the support they need to make life decisions.
