Get ready for a fun and challenging Indoor Triathlon at the Y on Sunday, March 1! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or trying a triathlon for the first time, Tri the Y is a great way to test your fitness in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Event Format
Participants will complete:
• 15-minute swim
• 25-minute bike ride
• 20-minute run
(Transition times are included between each segment.)
Not interested in doing all three? No problem!
Form a team of 2–3 participants and split the events based on what each person enjoys most. Love the water? Be the swimmer. Prefer the bike or run? We’ve got a spot for you.
What to Expect
• Event runs in timed waves
• Race shirt for every participant
• Awards, refreshments, and posted finishing times after the event
• Encouraging, community-focused atmosphere
