Tri Dosha Balance in Tantra Yoga tradition. Hey, I'm a techer in this system since 2015 and I would love to introduce this type of Yoga here in Tenerife. It's an energy balance done in meditative way where we can dive in to our body and subconscious.
One of the biggest benefits is learning our nervous system a state of deep relaxation, body learns that and it starts to use this state in more intense life moments automatically.
