This workshop has a strong focus on your personal tremoring experience.
You will learn to use TRE™ as a tool for stress release, centering, and generating new patterns of behaviour.
You will be able to practice individually with the facilitator during 4 personal sessions online, to be booked within 3 months of this workshop.
Should you wish to take TRE™ to others, this workshop serves as the beginning of the certification process.
