Join our upcoming Module 1 from 17th to 19th January 2025 to learn TRE® or Trauma Release Exercises. If you wish to continue to become a certified TRE® Facilitator, you may join our Module 2 in May/June 2025.TRE® is an innovative series of stretches that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The stretches safely activate our natural reflex mechanism of tremoring or vibrating, releasing deep muscular tension and calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises is based on the fundamental idea, backed by research, that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical. Somatic tremoring is innate to all mammals - once we feel safe and self regulatory, it can be used independently as needed throughout one’s life, thereby continuously supporting and promoting a healthy and happy nervous system.
The TRE® Certification Process consists of:
-Two X full three-day modules [6 days] in person
-Four half day-Modules [ 4 x Saturday mornings during the year] online
-A personal Supervision Process online
-A committed embodied personal practice that is journaled throughout the training period
-Peer Practice – meeting with TRE® trainees to lead and be led
-Reading, listening to, and watching materials linked to your training + Feedback Reports
-3 x Final Certification Case Studies
