Is there a better way to start a New Year by clearing foggy heads from the night before than a 5km parkrun at the very start of the day?We think not.
So come join us. Bring all the family. Bring all the friends. Bring all the visitors. Bring everyone. And start your day with a huge dose of endorphins and fresh air to help carry you through the next few hours before you fall back asleep.

Its almost certain there will be no Fig Tree Cafe post event breakfast as we're sure they'll be taking a well earned holiday to rest and recover before we start keeping them busy again in 2026. But please stayed tuned because we may be able to find somewhere else to feed us that is also nearby.
