We don't know what the future will look like, but we can stear the wheel into impactful directions for a healthy planet and healthy people. Yes, we know the science, we know the threat and very real impacts of climate change – to our health, our homes, our livelihoods. Exactly how and where climate impacts will hit, however, is unknown. What’s more, our systems are unfit to predict, protect against or adapt to what are becoming increasingly unavoidable events.

That’s why this year, our trend research takes climate adaptation and resilience as a focus point, and explores the trends we need to pay attention to – to survive and to thrive, not only as businesses, but as people, as communities.
