Trenchmore's Big Asado Weekend

Fire, feast and South American beats – that's the gist. Join Chef Diego and Viki from Palmito at Trenchmore Farm for a weekend of locally grown food cooked over flame in the yard, with barbecued beef, live music and DJs keeping us moving.

Expect incredible food cooked over open fire using the best local ingredients, great drinks from the bar, a laid-back atmosphere and plenty of space to eat, drink and settle in for the afternoon. Whether you're coming for the feast, the music or simply to spend time with friends in the Sussex countryside, it's set to be a weekend to remember.
