Trek Midland Wednesday Night Ride Season Social
Thank you to everyone who was participated in our weekly ride throughout the year. After this week's ride, we will have a social with food and refreshments. If you do not plan on riding, you can still stop by for after ride refreshments and good vibes at 7:30PM.
Since we are meeting back at the shop at 7:30PM headlights and taillights are recommended at dusk. Wheels down at 6:15PM. We will meet at the shop and ride together on Mockingbird to GreenTree CC. Once in Greentree we will break off into groups based on speed and will wait and regroup to make the trip back to Trek Midland at the corner of Oriole and Teakwood at 7:15PM. Each GT Loop is approximately 4 miles in length with most groups completing 3-4 laps before waiting to regroup. We will ride to GT as a group and head to the shop as a group, these sections will be no drop. Leaving from the shop and completion of one lap in Greentree and back to the shop will be a minimum of 10 miles of riding. All skill levels are welcome with riders of all abilities participating.
We would recommend getting into the group you will most likely able to be with and stay in double pace lines in respect of the neighborhood that allows us to ride in.
A Group: 20-23mph
B Group: 16-18mph
C Group: 13-15mph
