Join Us for Weekly Training Rides!
Hone your skills, meet new friends, and have a whole lot of fun.

Whether you're new to group rides or a seasoned cyclist, this is your chance to build confidence, improve endurance, and gear up for a group-led metric century ride this fall.

We’ll roll out every week in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced pace groups—so there’s a spot for everyone!

📍 Meeting Location:
Please park at Rohr Park and roll down to Trek Bicycle Chula Vista to meet in the store parking lot before we head out.
🚫 Please do not park at Trek or Donny’s.

🕗 Ride Details:
Arrive early—wheels down at 8:00 AM sharp!

🏁 Route Options:
Choose the group that matches your pace and distance goals:

• 🚲 Beginner Pace: 25 Miles @ 10–13 mph

• 🚴‍♀️ Intermediate Pace: 40 Miles @ 13–17 mph

• 🚴‍♂️ Advanced Pace: 37 Miles @ 19–21 mph

• Helmet (required)
• Water bottle(s)
• Spare tube
• CO₂ inflator
• Lights (recommended)
