About this Event
Before temples or texts, there was Nature - our first teacher. Join this slow, contemplative walk where trees teach us about spiritual navigation using the Tree of Life framework.
Led by Sarah Woodard, Kabbalist, spiritual educator, and Nature photographer, this 90-minute experience includes:
- Four intentional teaching stops exploring roots, strength, growth, and community
- Practical tools for navigating your spiritual journey using the Tree of Life map
- Connection with Nature and like-minded seekers
- No dogma, no prescribed steps - just you, the trees, and a map that works
Perfect for those who are spiritually hungry andreligiously burned out.
This is NOT a fitness hike - we move at a slow, contemplative pace with frequent stops for teaching and reflection.
What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, water. Optional: camera, journal, portable stool.
Rain or shine event (only cancelled for dangerous weather like lightning or severe storms).
Limited to 12 participants for an intimate experience. Part of Faith in Place's Faith in Action Week (April 18-23, 2026).
About Your Guide:
Sarah Woodard has done unprecedented spiritual scholarship: mapping over 40 global traditions to the Tree of Life, revealing it as a navigation PROCESS. She believes Nature is our original scripture and the Tree of Life is the map.
