Join us to keep the trees in the Field, Regina, Northrup neighborhoods healthy by making sure they have enough water.Our first watering party will be on August 18th from 10 am to noon at McRae Park. Meet at the McRae Park Rec Center at 906 E 47th St, Minneapolis. We will be watering the trees that were planted during the 2024 Arbor Day celebration.
The Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board (MPRB) is providing guidance, a water truck, buckets, and other equipment. Our job is to distribute the water to the trees and have fun doing it.
This is a family friendly event. Bring the kids!
