After 31 years of research and teaching at Texas A&M University, Carol Loopstra, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Ecology and Conservation Biology, recently retired leaving a legacy rooted as deeply as the forests she spent her career studying. We will meet up at the Castle Rock Park park at 6:15 pm – 4500 Castle Rock Pkwy, College Station, TX 77845. Please park on the street. Bring your water bottle, hat, walking shoes and sunscreen if needed. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to learn about the blessing of trees in our area!
