Tree Climbing 101 for Kids and Adults

Have you ever wondered how a professional arborist safely accesses your tall trees for maintenance or removal? Climbing with a rope and saddle (harness) is one such method.
Join the arborists at Kansas Tree Care for an opportunity to see the equipment in action, or even try it out yourself! We will have trained staff on hand to demonstrate, instruct, and supervise all potential climbers in a safe, low pressure environment.
Not interested in climbing? Stop by anyway for some snacks and soft drinks and ask us questions about your trees and shrubs.
No need to arrive promptly at 1. This event is come-and-go as you wish. Kansas Tree Care is located at the NE corner of N 3rd and Maple St in Lawrence, KS.
*All participants must complete a liability waiver, and those under 18 will need a legal guardian to sign.
