Tree Babies with some extra Christmas magic!Tree Babies is our class for parents and babies that combines babywearing, forest bathing and mindfulness in the beautiful surroundings of Wepre Park.
It is a different kind of class, as much for you as the adult as for your baby, focussed on connecting with yourself, each other and nature. It's suitable for parents/caregivers with a baby* aged up to around 12 months.
Our special Christmas class will include grounding and mindfulness exercises, sensory exploration, forest bathing, a Christmas keepsake craft and a few extra seasonal touches. Plus you'll have time to socialise around the campfire with a hot cuppa and snack cooked on the campfire (we can cater for any dietary requirements - you'll be able to add any requirements in the booking process).
You can carry your baby in a sling or carrier for all or part of the class. If you need to borrow a sling you can tick on the booking form and Lizzy will be in touch to discuss your needs. Borrowing a sling for the class is free, but if you'd like to keep it longer to take home, hire fees apply. If you have your own sling Lizzy can also help you to get it safe and comfy. Babywearing is not essential though and the site is accessible with a good pram/pushchair.
