Come join us for a free, safe and fun Trick-or-Treat activity on Main Street. Work your way around Downtown Main Street visiting local businesses generously donating their candy! Afterwards, join us at the Hermiston Community Center for carnival games and much more for all ages. This event is recommended for kids 10 years and under. Opportunities for volunteering are available.
