About this Event

Join The City of Treasure Island in partnership with Keep Pinellas Beautiful on Friday, May 8th for an Environmental Education Presentation at Sunset Vista Park!

Living in coastal communities, residents of Pinellas County are more than familiar with the threats from large storms – particularly wave action and water inundation. Come join us for a presentation on shoreline & coastal resiliency! Learn why our natural shorelines are important and how dunes, mangroves, sea oats, and other native plants protect our homes and businesses from storm impacts.
