Travel the Senses: Yoga & Sip

Join us in the heart of Lewes for a relaxed and inspiring afternoon designed to awaken the senses.

Travel the Senses: Yoga & Sip is a small, welcoming gathering where travel, wellbeing and community come together. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco before settling in for a short introduction to a different way of experiencing the world through travel.

During the opening talk, Vicky from the Not In The Guidebooks (NITGB) will introduce the concept behind their carefully curated experiences. NITGB specialises in immersive and responsible travel, creating opportunities for travellers to connect more deeply with the places they visit.

Their experiences are designed to help travellers:

• Connect with local people and cultures
• Learn or practise new skills
• Explore nature and lesser-known places
• Support communities in a sustainable and meaningful way

After the introduction, guests who wish to take part can enjoy a complimentary gentle yoga session, offering a moment to slow down, stretch and reset.

Those who prefer simply to listen to the talk are very welcome to stay for the introduction, relax with their drink, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Following the yoga session, everyone is invited to stay, chat, ask questions, and learn more about these unique travel experiences. We will also have a few small giveaways to round off the event.

This is designed to be a friendly, informal Lewes gathering, perfect for anyone curious about meaningful travel, wellbeing and new experiences.
