The Woman Recreated Trauma Survivors Support Group is a compassionate, confidential, and empowering community dedicated to supporting women who have experienced trauma.

Our group provides a safe space for members to connect with others who understand their journey, share their experiences, and find healing together.

Through regular meetings, we offer discussions on various topics such as understanding PTSD, coping strategies, self-care, and setting boundaries. Each session is designed to equip members with practical tools and knowledge to enhance their well-being and resilience.
