Sheela Raja is a clinical psychologist, author, and professor who has written 4 books on PTSD and trauma including "Overcoming Trauma and PTSD" and the "Resilient Teen." She is also a mom of two girls and long time Oak Park resident--and her parents used to live in Forest Park when she was a child.
