This interactive training introduces a trauma-informed leadership framework designed to honor youth voice, dignity, and shared decision-making. Grounded in the understanding that trauma can disrupt trust, autonomy, and the ability to safely express one’s story, participants will explore how to listen with intention, learn with openness, and lead through youth-centered collaboration.

Through guided discussion and skill-building exercises, leaders will gain practical strategies to cultivate relationally safe environments that amplify youth strengths, strengthen resilience, and foster collaborative cultures that advance positive youth development and holistic well-being.
