Join us for an interactive yoga workshop, where we dive into trauma-informed yoga practices tailored to cultivate safety and empowerment. Guided by Lacey Ramirez, (MSc., RYT-500, RPYT, CFSD), whose expertise stems from her work in global maternal health at Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and her roles as a prenatal yoga teacher and birthworker. Together, we'll practice techniques to promote resilience and foster mind-body healing. Whether you're a yoga practitioner, a yoga teacher, or simply curious about creating supportive trauma-informed spaces, this workshop offers invaluable insights and practical tools. Following the 3-hour session, there will be an optional 1-hour networking opportunity and Q&A. RYTs earn 4 CEs. $50
