Trauma Imprint Repair is a gentle, trauma-informed somatic therapy that works with the nervous system, body and deeper layers of self. While early imprints shape many of our patterns, this work meets clients exactly where they are—whether they arrive with pain, symptoms, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, core beliefs or a sense of being stuck.
Across two immersive days, you’ll learn TIR through live demonstrations, somatic practices, partnered sessions and guided integration, allowing the work to be truly felt and embodied.
This training is open to:
– Practitioners from any modality (bodywork, birthwork, coaching, counselling, energy work, mental health, somatics, etc.)
– Those on a personal healing path with no hands-on background, who feel called to learn this modality
You’ll learn how to:
• Understand trauma imprints as body-based and nervous-system responses
• Work with non-conscious beliefs and protective patterns
• Support safety, pacing, and consent in the body
• Listen beneath the story and attune to what the body is communicating
• Stay grounded and regulated while facilitating depth
• Recognize perfectionism, performance and self-doubt in practitioner & client
• Work with resistance as information
• Support integration rather than intensity
• Engage soul presence as a healing resource
