House smoked fish toast with avocado, sprouts and pickled scapes
Korean chili spiced pork and Asian pear skewer with pomegranate molasses
Endive spears with whipped rogue river blue cheese and toasted hazelnut
Assorted cheese platter with seasonal pickles and seeded crackers
1st course- Chardonnay
Heirloom tomato salad with crispy polenta croutons, soft herbs, goat cheese-peppercorn dressing, saba
2nd course- Tadow rose
Dungeness crab bake with buttered leeks, roasted fennel, garlic crumbs and lemon
3rd course- Remy Pinot Noir collaboration
Local albacore tuna seared rare on chickpea, pickled green bean and sweet pepper sauté with red wine tahini and toasted sesame
4th course- Syrah
Grilled Umpqua valley lamb t-bone on horseradish smashed German butterball potatoes, cumin roasted carrots and mixed basil pistou
5th course- Pinot Gris
Late summer fruit Tatin with Abbey Creek P.O.P sabayon mousse and carmelized hazelnuts

Happy hour starts at 5. This is an outdoor event. We do have a tent setup and heaters. We recommend bringing a light jacket just in case. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
