A bodybuilder and Hollywood bit player in the 1950s, one of the first American stars to make it big in Italy, the legend who turned down A Fistful of Dollars and recommended Clint Eastwood in his stead, the patsy who talks on a Garfield phone in at least 24 Godfrey Ho movies, the fallen god who starred in cheaper and cheaper genre flicks as his career slipped from the glamorous 50s into the scummy 80s, a man forever out of time …. Richard Harrison is a fascinating history in the shape of a person.
In FIREBACK Harrison plays a recently rescued Vietnam POW who returns home only to find that his wife has been kidnapped. To find her, our leathery man on a mission will wear classy panama hats and crisp suits as he murders his way through the entire wacked out mob with his fists, guns, and a katana!
The feature will be paired with a classic ultraviolent Popeye short.
