Trap Yoga Social

Meeyogi's Trap Yoga Social is a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, meditation and music. The intention is to help you release what’s trapped and liberate yourself.

During this experience, you can expect to be guided through breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), dance elements of the African Diaspora. You will be invited to move in meditation to the sounds of Trap, Hip Hop, R&B, Neo Soul, Afrobeats, drums and silence. A karaoke break happens at some point so get your vocals ready.

Trap Yoga Social is like a healing playground where everyone's welcome no matter your skill level or who you are! It’s a time to let loose and be playful while also enhancing the collective consciousness.
