Welcome to Trap Cardio Dance Fitness Class!
Come join us for a high-energy workout session that combines Hip-hop, R&B, & Afrobeats music with cardio dance moves to help you break a sweat and have fun at the same time! No experience is necessary - just come ready to move and groove!
